Educational Objectives
After completing this course, participants will be able to:
Abstract
Cosmetic dentistry does not have to be complicated to achieve outstanding results. In a post COVID world, efficiency with procedures, materials, and time are especially important. In this presentation, participants will learn how to perform easy, lifelike direct composite restorations and how to simplify their bonding protocol while using their preferred technique. In the process, they will be introduced to materials and methods to improve their performance, save time and reduce their overhead and frustration. This course offers 2.5CE.

Dr. Matthew Miller
Dr. Matthew R. Miller is a national and international lecturer and has been published in multiple dental journals as well as authored several white papers on the subjects of endodontics and restorative dentistry.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2003, and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery with High Distinction from New York University College of Dentistry in 2007.
During his time at NYU, he was exposed to every specialty and was able to work hand-in-hand with some of the leading experts in cosmetic and implant dentistry. This allowed him to participate as a clinical team member in many complex interdisciplinary cases due to the large, diverse patient base in the city. Dr. Miller also received multiple awards including the American Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry Award, the Northeastern Society of Periodontics Award, and was selected into the elite cosmetics honors program at The Rosenthal Institute for Aesthetic Dentistry. During his senior year, Dr. Miller was selected as President of the NYU Aesthetic Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. In private practice, he has been voted by his peers as one of the “Top 50 Dentists” in the Charlotte metro area for many years.
In 2016, Dr. Miller joined the Kerr Dental Endodontic Advisory Board and has been a member of their Restorative Advisory Board since 2019. He has been named a Key Opinion Leader in the industry and plays an important role in the development of dental materials, equipment, and technology. He also consults and lectures on 3D imaging technology, intraoral scanners and advancements in endodontic therapy, restorative techniques and materials including root canal file and obturation systems, cements, fillings, and bonding. Dr. Miller has been designated as a KaVo Master and featured in the KaVo Master Series. He serves as a clinical trainer for dentists and dental professionals. Dr. Miller is an active member of the Dental Advisor Editorial Board and is a Clinical Ambassador for the organization working with companies in the areas of product inception, development, and improvement.
Dr. Miller maintains a private group practice in Huntersville, NC, where he specializes in cosmetic restorative and complex dental treatment. He serves as an Advisor for the local chapter of the Seattle Study Club.
