After completing this webinar, participants will be able to:
  • Establish a Comfort Zone with All-Ceramic Crowns and porcelain veneers systems in private practice based on: system selection criteria, adhesive cement selection, required bonding technique, and esthetic qualities.
  • Identify occlusal red flags prior to routine treatment as well as extensive reconstruction in order to provide a predictable restorative outcome.

Abstract

Dr. Arias will present in a step-by-step approach how to Diagnose, Treatment Plan and Sequence Esthetic Rehabilitations. The presentation will include discussion of smile design, adhesive system selection with bonding protocols, and ceramic system selection based on the patient functional needs with a focus on occlusal management in order to minimize porcelain fractures.

Dr. Sergio R. Arias

Dr. Sergio R. Arias received his doctoral degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) Santiago, Dominican Republic in 2002. In 2008, he completed a two-year hospital based general practice residency at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio. While earning his Master of Science degree in Oral Biology from The Graduate School at Augusta University, Dr. Arias also completed a three-year advanced program in prosthodontics at Augusta University earning a Certificate in Prosthodontics both in 2013. In 2014, Dr. Arias attended a one-year fellowship in Esthetic and Implant Dentistry at the Ronald Goldstein Center for Esthetic and Implant Dentistry at Augusta University. Dr. Arias is an Associate Fellow of The American Academy of Implant Dentistry and is currently in private practice limited to Prosthodontics and Esthetic dentistry in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
