Educational Objectives

After completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand records protocol for optimized data evaluation and interpretation, as well as for patient presentation.
  • Understand proper phasing and segmentation of treatment to allow patients affordable options for full-mouth rehabilitation.
  • Properly isolate teeth to ensure ideal bonding environment.
  • Apply bonding protocols to ensure long-term stability of all restorations (direct and indirect).

Abstract

The majority of rehabilitation cases fail long-term during the initial planning phase. Understanding how to properly recognize, diagnose, and treatment plan cases is critical for long-term success for all treatment. As technology has developed in the field of dentistry, more data is available to critically evaluate and execute cases. Developing systems and protocols to allow proper segmentation of treatment allows patients the opportunity to receive the highest service of care available without breaking the bank. In this webinar, providers will gain a better understanding of how to implement digital tools, including scans and digital photography, to analyze and phase treatment, develop systems and protocols for patient consultations, and optimize their isolation techniques and bonding protocols to achieve more predictable long-term success with their indirect restorative outcomes.
